What cases do we deal with?
Motoring Offences
Our Team are experienced at dealing with a variety of motoring offences including speeding, drink driving, careless driving and failure to identify the driver. We have made numerous successful ‘exceptional hardship’ applications to magistrates on behalf of clients who have been unfortunate enough to become ‘totters’ through accumulating 12 penalty points on their driving licence.
Criminal Offences
The firm also deals with all types of criminal cases, from the most serious crimes such as murder, manslaughter, possession of weapons, harassment, assault and battery, rape, sexual assault, burglary, robbery, theft, handling stolen goods, arson, drug and alcohol offences and firearms offences. We also deal with criminal matters that are often considered less severe.
